Mosaic

The mosaics on a fountain in Gan Atzma’ut (Garden of Independence) in Tel Aviv are a reconstruction by Tali Sherman of the fountain Shimon built in the 50s. They depict animals commonly found in Israel, Shimon was fond of this work, often spoke of it, and never knew that it had a second life (read about the fountain in On street art).
