Watercolour

Watercolour was Shimon’s preferred media during his frequent trips abroad or to the countryside in Britain. He used watercolour systematically for recording fungi he found (see Mushroom Drawings). The small scale watercolours here are from trips to the Siberian Tundra, France, Budapest, and Aberdeen and from his own neighbourhood, Little Venice.
